I’m Dr. Alexandra Padilla, owner of OneSpine Chiropractic.

My passion for a holistic and preventative approach to health is what led me to become a chiropractor. Chiropractic brought me to Texas, where I completed my Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Parker University. I’m married to an amazing man and proud to be a boy mom , you’ll probably see my little one hanging around the clinic from time to time.

My dedication to a healthy, balanced lifestyle fuels my mission to help others reach their fullest potential in mobility, strength, nutrition, and overall well-being. We all live in a fast-paced, high-stress world, and it’s an honor to help the body adapt to those stressors, allowing each person to thrive, stay whole, capable, and full of life.

Dr. Mariah Moberg, D.C.

I’m Dr. Mariah Moberg, DC, born and raised right here in this part of Texas. After earning my Bachelor of Health Sciences at the University of Memphis—where I pitched Division I softball—I returned home to complete my Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2024. I'm proud to now serve the community I grew up in as part of the One Spine team.

As an athlete, I faced my share of injuries. Traditional treatments often fell short, but chiropractic care helped me heal and perform at my best. That experience shaped my passion for hands-on, holistic care that treats the whole person—not just symptoms.

Whether you’re new to chiropractic or nervous to start, I’ll meet you with compassion, understanding, and care tailored to you. My goal? For you to say, “I can finally get through the day without pain.”

When I'm not in the office, I’m outside, working out, or enjoying life with my spouse, son, and our sweet fur baby.

Deyaneira, our Office Manager, keeps the practice running smoothly and ensures everything behind the scenes is handled with care and precision.


Astrid, our Licensed Massage Therapist, uses her expertise and a thoughtful approach to help relieve tension, improve mobility, and enhance your healing.
