Adjustment

A chiropractic adjustment is a precise, hands-on technique that helps realign your spine, relieve tension, and restore movement. It’s a safe, effective way to reduce pain, improve mobility, and support your body’s natural ability to heal.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy helps reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote healing. At One Spine, our licensed massage therapist works directly with the chiropractor to target the areas that need the most attention — so every session supports your care plan and your recovery.

Laser Therapy

Class 4 laser helps to increase biological circulation by increasing absorption of more H2O, O2, and specified nutrients to areas of damage and inflammation. By doing this, a therapeutic heating zone is established that in turn helps to reduce painful inflammation, spasm of contributing muscles, swelling and associated areas of pain. This helps the injured tissues to return to a more homeostatic normalization.

Decompression

A decompression table gently stretches the spine to relieve pressure on discs and nerves. It’s a non-invasive therapy that can help reduce back pain, improve mobility, and support healing from conditions like herniated discs or sciatica.

Stretch Therapy

Stretch therapy helps improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and increase range of motion. At One Spine, our certified stretch therapist works closely with the chiropractor to target areas that need support — helping you move better, recover faster, and prevent future injuries.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy uses gentle suction to increase circulation, release muscle tension, and support healing in targeted areas. At One Spine, we integrate cupping into personalized care plans to help reduce pain, improve mobility, and speed up recovery.

Personal Injury

If you’ve been injured in a car accident or personal injury incident, chiropractic care can help restore mobility, reduce inflammation, and support your body’s natural healing — without relying solely on pain medications. We work with attorneys, provide detailed documentation, and tailor care plans specifically for PI cases. Early care is key to long-term recovery, so don’t wait to get checked.
